After reviewing three quotes for our pool fence, we decided to go with Caines Exterior Solutions Inc.. What separated Caines Exterior Solutions from the others was Roger Caines'w enthusiasm, his ability to listen to his clients, and his attention to detail. The black aluminum fence involved 267 feet of pickets, 1 custom 6' gate and 1 standard 3' gate. Roger was meticulous with each segment of fence ensuring it was level and plumb. Roger understood our request for a double gate and was able to make a double gate with the same fencing materials. The fence is beautiful and has transformed this part of our property. GREAT experience. Made an inquiry about getting a deck installed right when snow was about to fall in 2023. They were very curtious about scheduling and working with me being a night shift worker. He came up and quoted me a few options for the deck at different price points. Once I decided on what I wanted, they were able to get it in and finished before winter came. Ambitious work ethic and completed in a very timely manner. No hidden fees or additional costs. Very professional team. I WILL be having them back to get an additional entrance step built this spring.
